I must have spilled some prune juice on my hard drive, because everytime i try to open a .jpg or
.gif image I have saved I get:

WINDOWS CANNOT FIND PROGRAM.EXE
THIS PROGRAM IS NEEDED FOR OPENING FILES OF
TYPE 'JPG File'

I know there's no 'program.exe' so I must have
accidentally dumped some other file.
What program do you use to open .jpg and .gif
files?

Well then you need to get a program that can show .JPGs and .GIFS just go to www.download.com and type in something like photo shop or paint shop pro. paint shop pro is good its kinda big, but worth the download.
Also if you see a demo version or sharware of PSP get it anyway cause I might have the Key Generator for it.
If you dont know i'll tell you later.

Thanks for the help, BT, but I figured out the
problem. I had trouble associating Iexplore.exe with
.gif and .jpg files, but it's corrected now.
Also found out IrfanView is a pretty good viewer for images and more.

Highlight icon.
Hold down SHIFT key.
Right click.
Choose 'Open With' program you want to use.
(In my case, Iexplore.exe in my InternetExplorer folder).
